Sheet Metal Fabrication

Semcor's sheet metal fabrication department has a strong history of producing parts for a variety of industrial and residential applications including electrical controls and enclosures, lighting and sign equipment, industrial generator packaging, and architectural metalwork.

Semcor has vast capabilities when it comes to punching and metal stamping. Our 58 station CNC turret punch has a fully controllable hydraulic ram and 4 auto-indexing stations. This gives us a broad range of capabilities that include lighting fast punching and special sheet forming such as embossing, countersinking, beading, and louvering. For larger projects, we can nest multiple parts on a sheet to save material and cost to our customer.

Semcor's experienced metal stamping department can meet your part requirements with our stamping presses and equipment. We can run a variety coiled and flat blanked materials including carbon steel, brass, copper, and aluminum.

Our 160 ton CNC press brake is capable of over 13' of bend length and able to form up to 4' of 1/2" sheet steel. The computer controlled multi-axes automatic backgauge aids in producing accurate and repeatable material forming operations. Digital file downloading capability allows a projects precise bending program to be kept on file for the customer's future needs.

Structural Fabrication

Our welding department can meet your needs for all sorts of [ferrous and non-ferrous] structural fabrications. We handle projects both large and small utilizing MIG, TIG, and arc welding methods; from residential handrails to industrial diesel fuel tanks, we stand ready to meet your welding and fabrication needs.

Electrical Controls

Semcor Mfg. has extensive experience building and assembling a wide variety of industrial power distribution and control equipment including electrical distribution, transformers, and control panels. We hold UL listings for many of our power distribution products and have the capability to design, build, and wire electrical equipment to our customers specifications.

Engineering and Design

We utilize computer aided design software to produce precision parts that consistently meet or exceed our customers expectations. We can import a customers design files directly into our system for verification or revision. These files can then be translated into production information for precise fabrication on our CNC equipment. Semcor's design team can assist you with anything from a few custom sheet metal panels to large custom power distribution cabinets and much more.
